CONDO SUPERVISOR FULL TIME

Work Locations: Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Valley Area and surrounding residential areas

Monthly Salary: Up to $2,700 per month, depending on experience and performance

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: According to the duty roster assigned by management. Candidates must be flexible and prepared to work according to operational requirements.

Position Overview

The Condo Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations and general cleanliness of condominium premises. The supervisor will work closely with cleaning staff and management to ensure that common areas are properly maintained and daily duties are completed according to schedule.

This position is suitable for candidates with previous experience in cleaning operations, senior cleaner positions, team leadership, or supervisory roles. The successful candidate should be able to manage a team, organize daily work assignments, conduct inspections, and communicate effectively with both staff and management.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations throughout the condominium
• Lead and guide a team of cleaners to ensure daily duties are completed properly
• Assign cleaning tasks according to the daily schedule and manpower requirements
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, work performance, and daily productivity
• Conduct regular inspections of corridors, staircases, lifts, lobbies, facilities, and other common areas
• Ensure condominium common areas maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness
• Check that cleaning equipment, tools, and materials are used correctly
• Monitor the availability and proper storage of cleaning supplies
• Ensure staff follow workplace safety and cleaning procedures
• Identify cleanliness, maintenance, or operational issues and report them to management

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a supervisor, senior cleaner, team leader, or similar position is an advantage
• Experience in condominium, residential, commercial, hotel, or facilities cleaning is beneficial
• Able to lead and coordinate a team of cleaning staff
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and dependable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify cleaning or maintenance issues
• Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
